Jam "J"

DJ Jam "J" has long explored the outer edges of electronic music, particularly its overgrown, unconventional and often overlooked pathways. Playing records since 2005, he founded the Cold Blow label in 2018, which has since released over thirty albums. His monthly programme airs on IDA Radio.

Cold Blow's recent compilation Documents of Different Reality collects obscure and partially forgotten 1990s tracks from around the world, balancing melancholy with naïve futurism. At OMVF, Jam "J" presents an equally unpredictable selection of synth-driven, rhythmically angular and temporally dislocated electronic music, where past and future collapse into a single continuum.
