Oulu 2026 programme release today!

Excitement is in the air! Oulu is the European capital of culture and in 2026, cultural and art events will take over the Oulu region. Today at 10:00, part of the Oulu2026 cultural program, which also includes OMVF’s contribution, will be unveiled!
