Screenings, clubs and events spread throughout the city. Event venues are: Cultural Centre Valve (Hallituskatu 7), 45 Special (Saaristonkatu 12), Zivago (Kirkkokatu 29), Snooker Time (Asemakatu 28) and Radisson Blu (Hallituskatu 1).
Festival info and accreditation point are located at Cultural Center Valve and are open from Wednesday to Sunday during screening times.
Festival tickets are sold from the box office of Cultural Centre Valve (Hallituskatu 7, tel. +358 (0)8 5584 7575). Open from Wednesday to Sunday 12:00-19:00. During the festival the box office will open at 12pm and closes after the final screening has begun. Tickets can also be reserved by phone.
Screenings of the Finnish Music Video Contest at Cultural Center Valve and Snooker Time are free of charge. Other music video screening tickets are 3-4 € and movie tickets 4–6 € (see the exact prices from the festival schedule). Screenings do not have an age limit, if not mentioned otherwise. Please notice that some of the music video screenings and movies may contain material which may not be suitable for children. The age limit to Snooker Time’s screenings is 18 years.
Pumpeli Awards Gala
Pumpeli Awards Gala is held at Radisson Blu on Saturday 26/8. The age limit for the gala is 18 years. Tickets are available at the box office of Cultural Center Valve and at www.ticketmaster.fi, and if there are any tickets left, at Radisson Blu on Saturday 27/8 from 18:30. We advise you to arrive early to the gala since the best seats will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
The age limit for the clubs at 45 Special, Zivago and Radisson Blu is 18 (see the detailed information in the festival programme). Ticket prices and details can be found in the programme.
Panel discussions are held at Studio in Cultural Center Valve. The discussions are free of charge and open to everyone. Please note that the discussions are in Finnish. More info can be found here.
