Born out of a desire to create something simple, honest and real, nonne’s sound is a crossover between psychedelic rock and electronic music. By combining repetitive riffs and hypnotic melodies with danceable rhythms, nonne has made fans of both rock and electronic music come together.
In 2022 they released their debut EP Frem og tilbake to critical acclaim, played sold out shows in their hometown and toured Norway with fellow Tromsø natives Heave Blood and Die. So far in 2023 they have released their debut full length album Omf!, presented a new soundtrack for the German silent movie The Cabinet of Dr. Calligari as well as done shows all over Norway with bands such as Teksti-Tv 666.
Performance is organised in collaboration with Uleåborg Festival of Psychedelia and a part of Insomnia Festival's Cloud Exit talent programme.
The performance is supported by The Islandic-Finnish Cultural Foundation.
